Reservation and Yield Management
Good planning, price and reservation management is essential for income optimization. We will monitor and adjust the rates according to the market and season. In addition, we will take care of the reservations, conduct price negotiations, and answer the various inquiries of the guests in an efficient manner.
Guest Service
We are the direct contact with the guest before, during and after their stay. Our goal is to provide essential information about the house and its surroundings and to ensure that the guest feels welcome and cared for at all times.
Management of cleaning, laundry, and guest welcome pack
We will manage the cleaning and laundry services and will leave a welcome kit for each new guest. Our mission is to leave the house as cozy and welcoming as possible.
Check-in & Check-out
We assure a warm check-in for every guest, we show the property and solve any doubt that they might have. Likewise, we will be present at every check-out to ensure that the property is in the same conditions as before.
